The VELSEN 585 is the flagship of the manufacturer's range, combining excellent handling, a high level of comfort and carefully considered functionality. This model is designed for boaters who do not want to choose between a fishing boat and a family boat, but want both in one complete package.
The 5.85-metre hull and 2.24-metre width provide a spacious cockpit, plenty of storage and comfortable movement for up to five people. Its high load capacity and compatibility with outboard motors up to 150 hp give the boat a powerful and dynamic character.
The 14-degree deadrise at the transom helps provide a smooth and confident ride even in rougher water conditions. The wide hull and carefully designed flotation elements improve stability while fishing, at anchor and when moving around the boat.
The bottom of the VELSEN 585 hull is manufactured from 4 mm and the sides from 3 mm marine-grade EN AW-5083 H111 aluminium. The fully welded, plywood-free construction provides excellent strength, corrosion resistance and a long service life.
The spacious 142-litre fuel tank allows for longer trips, while the 80-litre aerated livewell makes the boat suitable even for demanding anglers. The VELSEN 585 inspires confidence on larger inland waters as well as in coastal waters.
A spacious cockpit, high-quality seats and a well-planned layout make long days on the water comfortable.
An outboard motor of up to 150 hp provides excellent dynamics and confident handling even with a heavier load.
