Detailed description

The STRIKER Vivid series is designed for anglers who want a high-contrast sonar image, straightforward GPS functions and personal depth mapping. Seven Vivid colour palettes help make fish, bottom and underwater objects clear in different water and light conditions. The user can select the easiest-to-read colour scheme without repeatedly rebuilding the basic sonar setup.

The GT20-TM supplied with cv models combines traditional CHIRP sonar and ClearVü scanning. Traditional CHIRP separates fish and follows the bottom, while ClearVü provides a near-photographic view of structures below the boat. The GT52HW-TM on sv models adds SideVü side scanning, allowing a wider area on both sides of the boat to be searched before driving directly over fish or structure.

GPS, navigation and mapping

High-sensitivity GPS marks waypoints, supports simple routes, displays boat speed and guides the user back to saved fishing locations. Quickdraw Contours creates personal depth maps with contours down to 0.3 metres and can store approximately 8,000 km² of mapped water. This is especially useful on small lakes and poorly charted waters.

Operation and viewing modes

Fishfinder tools include split-screen zoom, UltraScroll, Fish Symbol ID, Auto Gain, bottom lock, an adjustable depth line, water-temperature logging and A-Scope. These functions help optimise the display during slow drifting, trolling and faster travel. Wi-Fi on the 7sv and 9sv models supports the ActiveCaptain app and downloading or sharing Quickdraw Community maps.

The package includes the model-specific transducer, transom hardware, a tilt or swivel display mount and a power/data cable. The unit carries an IPX7 water rating and can be installed using the model-appropriate bail or flush-mount arrangement.
