Terms of Sale

The owner of the online store www.vemex.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Vemex OÜ (registry code 17184027), located at Metsa tn 13a, Pärnu, Estonia.

1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

1.1. These terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

1.2. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products and are in euros, including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

1.3. A delivery fee is added to the price, which depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The exact delivery fee is displayed when placing the order.

1.4. Product information is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.

2. Placing an Order and Payment

2.1. To place an order, products must be added to the shopping cart, the required fields filled in, and a suitable delivery method selected.

2.2. The total amount due will then be displayed, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank links (via Maksekeskus AS)

  • Bank transfer based on an invoice

2.3. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in the secure environment of the respective bank or Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or card details.

2.4. The agreement becomes effective from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s bank account.

2.5. Vemex OÜ is the data controller. Vemex OÜ forwards personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

2.6. The agreement becomes effective from the moment the amount due is received in the Online Store’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately but no later than 14 days from the notice.

3. Delivery

3.1. Goods are delivered within Estonia and the European Union.

3.2. The following delivery methods are available:

  • Courier service

  • Pick-up by prior arrangement

3.3. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery prices are displayed during checkout.

3.4. Domestic deliveries within Estonia are generally completed within 3–7 business days from the confirmation of the sales agreement. Deliveries to other EU countries are made within up to 14 calendar days.

3.5. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days of receiving the goods.

4.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

4.3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

4.5. The return costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4.6. The Online Store will refund all payments no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice but may delay the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

4.7. If the buyer selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

4.8. The Online Store reserves the right to cancel the transaction if the price was significantly below market value due to an error.

5. Complaints and Warranty

5.1. The Online Store is responsible for the conformity of the goods to the contract for up to 2 years for consumers and 1 year for legal entities from the handover of the goods.

5.2. Complaints must be submitted to [email protected] within two months of discovering the defect.

5.3. The Online Store will repair or replace defective goods or reimburse the purchase amount.

5.4. A response to the complaint will be provided within 15 days.

6. Processing of Personal Data

6.1. Personal data is used only for fulfilling the order and delivering the goods.

6.2. Data is shared with Maksekeskus AS and transport companies. More detailed information is available in the [Privacy Policy].

7. Dispute Resolution
